Ideal for heavy period days- this restorative yoga class guides you through some gentle yoga poses, using the bolster for support, allowing the body to decompress and the uterus to relax & release. (if you aren’t on your period, it’s still a wonderful class for relaxation). Expect long holds in supported child’s pose, gentle hip-openers, and a sweet heart-opening savasana.
