Vinyasa means breath-to-movement. Build strength and flexibility. This is a basic-style yoga flow that can be modified for any student.

Intimate Health Yoga is my signature yoga style! It promotes pelvic floor awareness and mind-body connection for improved intimacy and reproductive health. You’ll find period yoga, yoga for pelvic pain & tension relief, and pelvic floor strengthening yoga in the online studio. There are also tons of workshops that combine health education and yoga in the online studio! Members can join weekly live Intimate Heath Yoga classes.

A popular class of mine, where I’ll instruct you into poses to “restore” the body, using lots of yoga props (even homemade ones) to support your body to relieve tension and promote deep relaxation. Great for all levels.

My style of “power yoga” with lots of dynamic movement, breath work, and a focus on building strength. You’ll get a full-body workout while maintaining full range-of-motion. You may sweat a bit ;)
