Recorded at Green Goat Farm in Hawai’i- here’s a super relaxing and gentle yoga class to unwind! This may help ease back tension or pain due to poor postural alignment. Do what feels good in your body! Expect long holds in relaxing poses, with gentle stretches in between to open the chest and promote better posture. This is a very beginner-friendly class, and great for all levels!
