A relaxing yoga class for stretching the legs & glutes, releasing the psoas and lower back, and easing overall body tension. Expect some great leg stretches with the strap, rocking it out in foot-baby, and some “block therapy” techniques. This is a very beginner-friendly class, and great for all levels!
