A relaxing class to activate rest & digest mode. We start with a heart-opening breath to move stagnant energy around the heart, then ground with alternate nostril breathing. Expect shoulder stretches, half-pigeon, and other hip-openers and leg stretches. You’ll use your props in the end to restore your back in therapeutic poses.
