In our fifth session, we’ll move through a yoga flow to build body awareness and improve sensation in the pelvis. Then we’ll introduce different types of orgasms that people with vulvas and vaginas can experience! You’ll learn why different types of orgasms feel different in the body. You’ll leave with homework… to go try and experience different types of orgasms in your body! (alone or with someone else :)
