Our first session for Intimate Health Sundays! We begin these classes with a 30min yoga sesh. This week was all about learning how to properly engage your pelvic floor muscles with your breath - aka diaphragmatic breathing! We’ll then talk about the basics of pelvic floor muscle anatomy, and what you need to know to become more aware of your pelvic floor during intimacy, and throughout your day! (this changes everything!)
