Join us on a misty morning in the rainforest as we move through an invigorating flow with a full-body workout. We start with breath of fire to get the core activated, and move through dynamic poses with our breath to embrace our strength. Expect poses like bird-dog, chair, warrior III, glute-strengthening moves, and flip-dog. We’ll wind down with half-pigeon and some yummy twists.
