An invigorating class for a full-body workout. We start with breath work that really strengthens your arms and shoulders, and then move through a powerful flow. Expect warriors, half moon, revolved moon, triangle, and revolved triangle! The poses are not easy but do your best! We’ll flip our dog and get wild with wild thing, moving into an IT band stretch, and then a well-deserved half-pigeon.
